Amanda Hansen is a dedicated to her work in Holistic Health. Her Education includes, A health Coaching certificate through INN the largest health coaching school in the world, a 500 hr Yoga Teacher Trainer Certificate, Certified Doula, a Licensed Massage Therapist in the State of Maine and Completed her Community Herbalist Training in Camden Maine.
Amanda believes the body has the ability to heal if given the attention and care it needs.
My goal is that my clients leave feeling like the were cared for and listened to.

Amanda is amazing! She is thoughtful about your comfort. The environment is calming and relaxing. I very much enjoyed my hour long massage. I have been back a few times and will continue to see her.
I’ve had numerous massages over the years and she is the best ever! Knows exactly what’s she’s doing to help one feel their best.
Amanda is skilled & efficient. She listens to what you tell her & also notices what is going on with your body. I felt very comfortable, safe & my issues well addressed. Highly recommend.
